For the Steak Bites
2sirloin steaks
thick, cut into 2-inch cubes
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
½ Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 tspdried thyme
1 tspdried parsley
1 Tbspminced garlic
4 Tbspbutter

For the Potatoes
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine sirloin steak, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, boil potatoes until soft, mash, and add butter, cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
In a very hot skillet, add 2 tbsps butter, and lightly sear the steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from the pan.
Step 4
Add remaining butter and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add steak back in with parsley flakes and thyme until cooked to desired doneness. This would also be a great time to add some veggies if desired, i like carrots and broccoli.
Step 5
Plate the mashed potatoes with the steak bites on top and veggies on the side, and drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
