Notes
Cumin: there will be a lot of cumin. More than You can imagine. Around 2 maybe 3 tablespoons.
Garlic: add to Your taste, I prefer more garlic than less.
Chilli: be careful. I wasn’t and it was a bit spicy, so it’s just a heads up.
Other seasonings: just a bit. Like a teaspoon.

Step 1
First fry onion on hot oil in a wok, add pinch of salt
When onion is soft add bell pepper and soon after pressed garlic.
Mix it on medium until pepper is soft.

Add meat, when it’s not raw anymore add tomato paste, beans, corn and seasonings. Note: a lot of cumin is requested. Like, a lot. Try to taste until it’s fine with you.

Fry it all on medium heat until all of water disappear.

Leave it without heat, on wok under the lid for minimum of half n hour,

After all this put it in tortilla, heavy covered in cheese, then wrap it and put on dry pan or electric grill.
Sauce
Step 6
Mix heavy cream with pinch of salt and 3 drops of lime
