Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 345F.
Step 2
2. To a baking dish, add the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, chili pepper flakes, salt, & pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until the garlic & tomatoes are soft. Make sure that garlic is fully submerged in the oil or else it won’t cook.
Step 3
3. Once done baking, take out, remove the rosemary stem, & mash the garlic & tomatoes together. Then add the beans & more olive as needed. Bake again for 10 minutes.
Step 4
4. Take out, top with crème fresh & enjoy with toast!
