Whipped Feta Beans

CRISPY BEANS & WHIPPED FETA CHEESE DIP🌻 In this series I’m featuring my favorite recipes so far this year! Giving you a second chance to actually make them🫶 Recipe is inspired by one of my favorite content creators 🤍 Ingredients (2 servings) 1 can white beans 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp salt and pepper ¼ tsp chili flakes 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp fresh Rosemary  Dip: 1 cup vegan feta cheese 1 tsp pepper 1-3 tbsp plant milk Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 200C/ 400F. Prepare a baking tray covered with parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl mix together cornstarch, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. 3. Rinse the beans and add them to a bowl along with the cornstarch mixture. Toss to cover the beans in flour. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until crispy (about 25-30 minutes). 5. Make the dip by blending feta cheese, pepper and plant milk, enjoy!

Instructions

Step 1
