Instructions

Step 1
Heat 1/2 cup of the cream with tea and bring to a simmer before straining letting cool completely for up to an hour
Step 2
Heat oven to 180 °C
Step 3
Cake the cake (with ground tea), adding the milk last
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes (until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs)
Step 5
Let cool in the tin for 15 minutes
Step 6
Add remaining cream and icing sugar to cream mix and whip to medium peaks. Add mascarpone and whip to just-stiff peaks
