Pomegranate cheese ball

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, marscapone, cheddar cheese.
Step 2
Melt butter in a pan, toast almonds.
Step 3
Toss almonds in with cheese mixture, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Put 2 layers of saran wrap on countertop, scoop cheese/almonds mixture on the saran wrap.
Step 5
Pick up all corners of saran wrap and form the cheese mixture into a ball, put in refrigerator until set. (About 30 min)
Step 6
Cut open Pomegranate and take out all of the seeds. Spread seeds out onto paper towel to dry out, also pat dry on top.
Step 7
Roll cheese ball through the Pomegranate seeds.
