Bagel
Step 1
Cut the bagel in half and melt the butter.
Step 2
Spread both halves with the butter.
Step 3
Spread the cheese on a baking tray and form 2 circles that are about the size of the bagel halves.
Step 4
Place the bagel halves onto the cheese facing downwards.
Step 5
Crack the egg into the hole of the upper bagel half and season.
Step 6
Bake the bagel halves in the oven at 150 degree upper lower heat for about 5min.

Step 7
Slice the avocado and tomato and chop the chives.
Step 8
Spread the bottom bagel half with the cream cheese. Sprinkle the chives on top.
Step 9
Top it with the tomato slices and avocado. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle on the olive oil.
Step 10
Stack the other bagel half on top and enjoy!
