Step 1
Prepare turon: warp sliced saba banana in lumpia wrapper and fry it until golden brown
Step 2
Prepare sauce: In a large wok, put pineapple juice and brown sugar. mix well until the sugar dissolves
Step 3
Add butter/ margarine, jackfruit slices, cinnamon. Mix well until all ingredients are fully dissolved and incorporated. Add banana flavoring and rhum
Step 4
Add in prepared banana turon. Mix well and sprinkle with white sesame seeds
