This is a peach cobbler recipe, great thing with this recipe is that any fruit can be used, or even combo fruits. Play and have fun with it.
This recipe, like most ...you cannot actually make vegan, funny how my research shows that most are in fact call vegan but are not. Like this recipe. Just saying. But I also noticed a decline in a lot of easy simple fast recipes.
This recipes calls for only 5 ingredients.

Step 1
Sorry, no picture. I'm using a new device for this....regardless...fun cheap, delicious recipe. Serves 2-6 depending on amount served.
Preheat oven at 350 degree, Melt butter in desired pan in oven as it preheats, based on what amount you plan. Like this recipe, I used an 8x8 glass pan.
Gather and mixed the flour and sugar. I use all-purpose or self-rising. If you use regular Flour need to add 2 tsp. baking powder. Once butter is melted, take out of oven.
Add the flour/sugar blend, mix into the butter, slowly add in the milk. Mix thoroughly. Then add your peaches. Some drains the syrup from peaches, I don't. This is why only 3/4 Cup milk. I want my breading mix to also have a peach flavoring. Mix lightly or thoroughly, your option
Put into oven and bake.
I watch mine in intervals, because I use different types of ovens even a crock pot, stove oven, convection oven, countertop oven...and they vary in how long it takes to bake.
Bke until a nice light to light medium golden color.
Take out of oven let cool as long as you want. If having ice cream with it...not long at all....lol
At 350 degrees it is actually longer cook time. For the 20 minutes, use 425 to 450 degrees, and watch for that perfect golden color. NOTE: I sometimes add cinnamon, about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon.
