Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the mashed banana, protein powder, almond flour, melted coconut oil, almond butter, cinnamon, & optional nuts.
Step 2
Let the dough chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Once dough is chilled, roll dough into truffle balls.
Step 4
Freeze truffles for at least 1 hour.
