Great for on-the-go snacking. Keep them in a cooler during warmer weather as they will soften at room temperature.
Note: This recipe used 1 cup almond and 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, but you can use whatever combination you have!

Instructions
Step 1
Add raw nuts to food processor or high-speed blender and process until finely chopped.
Step 2
Melt coconut oil & allow it to cool.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients to food processor & process until thick paste has formed. Dough should be sticky
Step 4
Roll mixture into 16-20 balls. Store in fridge or freezer (balls will thaw quickly).
