Instructions
Step 1
Let steak marinate in the seasonings. Boil pasta to package directions to al dente in salted water.
Step 2
To a hot frying pan with a splash of neutral oil, sear your steak until cooked to your liking. Let the steak rest while you make the sauce.
Step 3
To the same pan you cooked the steak in, add butter, lemon, cream, and seasonings, and bring to a simmer. Once this is starting to thicken up, add your grated parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Add your cooked pasta to the sauce, along with a bit of pasta water if it needs to be looser. Slice your steak, and serve over top of the pasta, with another spoonful of the sauce over top, along with parsley, for garnish.
