Instructions

Pesto

Step 1
Roast the pine seeds in a pan until slightly brown.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.

Tomato sauce

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.

Mozarella chicken

Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and half the seasoning. Fry for about 2min.

Flip the chicken and season again. Fry for another 2min. The chicken should not be cooked through yet, as it will finish cooking in the oven afterwards.

Slice the mozarella.

Transfer the chicken onto a baking tray.

Pure the tomato sauce over the chicken and place the mozzarella slices on top.

Bake the chicken in the oven at 160 degree circulation air for about 7-10min.

Burrito

Step 10
Spread the front center of the wrap with the pesto.
Step 11
Top it with the arugula and mozzarella chicken. Pure the left over sauce from the baking tray on top.
Step 12
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.

Roast the burrito on all sides. Enjoy!
