Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Cook popcorn chicken in air fryer at 400 degrees for 4-5 mins. You want them cooked enough that you can cut them into 1/4 pieces.
Step 3
Cook mashed potatoes in the microwave for 2 mins, to warm them up enough that they are easy to spread.
Step 4
Spread mashed potatoes in bottom of 19x13 baking dish.
Step 5
Spread corn over top.
Step 6
Spread the cut up chicken pieces evenly across the top.
Step 7
Bake uncovered for 15 mins.
Step 8
Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Step 9
Put back in oven and bake for about 5 mins until the cheese is melted.
Step 10
Heat up gravy in microwave.
Step 11
Pour hot gravy over the top.

Serve and enjoy!
