Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl mash up the ripe bananas then add in oats peanut butter cocoa powder vanilla and date syrup or sweetener of choice . Mix it until combined

Step 2
Add 80 grams of chopped dark chocolate and mix again then put the mixture into a lined small brownie tray . Add the rest of the chocolate on top then bake at 160 c fan setting / 320 f for about 25 minutes

Once baked let it cool then slice into 9 brownies . To store keep in an airtight box in the fridge and use within 5 days
