Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Slice the mozzarella, grate the parmesan cheese, and dice the gorgonzola.

You only need the bottom half of the ciabatta. Try to cut off as little as possible from the upper half.

Hollow out the bottom ciabatta half.

Pure in the tomato sauce and spread with a spoon.

Now top it with the emmental cheese, parmesan, mozzarella and gorgonzola.

Backe in the oven at 160 degree circulation air for about 5-7min until the cheese has melted. Enjoy!
