Instructions
Step 1
Lightly oil a pan on medium high heat and add the bell peppers and onions.
Step 2
Season with cajun seasoning and mix.
Step 3
Cook 1 cup of rice in the rice cooker
Step 4
On medium high heat, cook and mince the ground beef until there is no more pink. Add 5 tbsp of taco seasoning, tomato paste, and water.

Reduce until thickened to liking.
Step 6
Add cilantro, lime, and salt to taste to the rice.
Step 7
On medium high heat, add onions and garlic into a pan and cook until fragrant.
Step 8
Drain the black beans and add to the pan. Season with cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to liking.
Step 9
Place all of the fillings onto the tortilla and wrap tightly.
Step 10
Once cooled, wrap each burrito with tin foil tightly.
