1.5 lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts
1onion
diced
15.5 ozcan black beans
rinsed and drained
15.5 ozcan kidney beans
rinsed and drained
8 oztomato sauce
no salt added or low sodium
20 ozdiced tomatoes with green chilis
1.5 Tbspcumin
1.5 Tbspchili powder
1 tspkosher salt
½ tsppaprika
½ tspblack pepper
½ tspgarlic powder
¼ tsporegano
¼ tsponion powder
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a gallon sized freezer bag, add all ingredients.
Step 2
2. Seal out as much air as possible and label contents of bag.
Step 3
3. When ready to use, thaw in fridge for 24hrs. Add contents of bag to crockpot and cook on low for 6-8hrs. Shred chicken before serving. Top with your favorite chili toppings!
