Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 °F.
Step 2
Clean and peel kohlrabi and slice into 2-3 inch across small chucks.
Step 3
Transfer sliced kohlrabi in a big bowl, season with garlic powder or diced garlic, salt, olive oil, honey, rosemary, ground pepper, toss around to mix. Place them on a baking sheet and spread them out in a thin layer.
Step 4
Put baking tray in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at first. Flip and continue cooking for another 15 minutes until fork tender and browned.
Step 5
Remove from oven again and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Return to the oven to allow the parmesan cheese to brown, which takes about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped scallion and serve immediately.
