For the dough
Step 1
In a bowl, add the water, yeast, sugar and whisk.
Step 2
Add the flour, salt, milk powder and mix with your hands.
Step 3
Add the olive oil and knead for 5 min.
Step 4
Brush the bowl and dough with some oil and cover it and leave it to rise for an hour.
For the sauce
Step 5
In a bowl, mix the butter, garlic, parsley. Then brush it on the dough but leave half of the mixture aside.
Step 6
Add cheese on one side of the dough and add oregano and chili flakes.
Step 7
Fold the dough and brush the remaining garlic mixture on top of the dough and sprinkle some oregano, chili flakes, and paprika. Make some knife marks on the top of the dough.
Step 8
Place the dough in the oven at 180C for 15 min.
