Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 180 degrees
Step 2
Mix flour, oats, cinnamon, salt and baking powder
Step 3
Mix melted butter with the sugar, milk and apple sauce
Step 4
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Step 5
Add raisins
Step 6
Add some more spelt flour if mixture is too sticky
Step 7
Shape into 16 cookie shapes, slightly flattened and lay onto a baking sheet
Step 8
Bake for 12-15 minutes
