Cook pasta

While pasta cooks, bring another large pot to a boil and add cauliflower. Boil until soft and break apart with a fork. Drain and let cool.

To a blender add cottage cheese, parm cheese, garlic, onion powder, rosemary, salt, pepper, milk, and cauliflower. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more salt and pepper if needed.

Step 4
Add pasta and sauce back to pasta pot and mix together until well combined. Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in fridge.
