A easy comfort meal to cook and enjoy when you just want to enjoy a nice quiet night with a great scrumptious meal without a lot of work involved. (my husband hasn't learned the art of index, middle, thumb, sprinkle yet😁)

Instructions

Step 1
Add 1 tablespoon of buttter. Sauté chopped up onions and celery. As the grow clear, add in garlic. Stir good. Add the rest of the spices. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.

Start water to boil for instant potatoes In another pan cook ground chicken. Open cream of mushroom soup. Put the soup in a microwave-safe dish. Add one can of water. Stir in. Microwave for 3 minutes.

Finish cooking the chicken. Pour in the rest of the spices and stir. Add the cream of mushroom soup. Stir again.

Turn off boiling water. Dump in nonfat dry milk and 1/4 cup of margarine. Stir. Add in potato flakes. Add more milk and butter as needed to bring to your consistency. (remember, as it cooks the last bit—especially if you warm it in oven instead—iy will dry up some.

Poor chicken mixture into spritzed pan. Cover with potatoes. Add some margarine in places on the top, as you like.

Sprinkle white pepper.

Then, sprinkle some extra fresh spices(very little) over the top.

Pop in the microwave for 5-7 minutes.

When the microwave dings, dish up individual servings to not bowls and enjoy
