Pumpkin Cream Cheese Layer Pie
I have always wanted a quick no bake pumpkin cheesecake dessert without a lot of fus or ingredients and never could find the right one so I just made one. It's pretty simple, adapted from many other recipes of the same name. Hope you enjoy!

Instructions
Step 1
Mix softened cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla. Add desired quantity of nutmeg and cinnamon. I did 2 shakes of nutmeg and 4 shakes of cinnamon. Spread at the bottom of prepared pie crust.
Step 2
Mix pudding and milk for 1.5 minutes add 1 cup pumpkin. Freezer remainder pumpkin in ziplock for another use. Mix pumpkin into pudding until well mixed. Add 3 dashes of ginger, 2 dashes of nutmeg and 4 dashes of cinnamon. Pour pudding mixture over the pudding and smooth out.
Step 3
Add whipped topping on top of pie and shake cinnamon over the top. Refrigerate leftovers.
