Flu/cold tea bombs all done and frozen… ready for some hot water when it’s needed. pretty good and a bit spicy so keep that in mind with the cayenne amount.. homesteading for beginners

Instructions

Step 1
Blend all ingredients in blender
Step 2
Strain through cheeseclth lined sieve into another dish.
Step 3
Pour into silicone muffin dish and freeze.
Step 4
Makes about 1/8 cup each.

Add boiling water to thaw one bomb in mug and enjoy the goodness.
Step 6
You need the flu bomb. 4 oz of water, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 clove fresh grated garlic, 1 tsp fresh grated ginger, the juice of 1 lemon. Drink 3 times a day and in a couple of days you'll be good. Hope you feel better soon
