Instructions

Step 1
Add the olive oil to a pan over medium high heat. Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Sear on both sides 1-2 minutes. Place in the crock pot. Add in the chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic, onion powder, more salt and pepper to taste, red pepper flakes and butter.
Step 2
Cook on low 3 hours.
Step 3
Remove the chicken to a plate and add in the parmesan cheese. Stir. Add in the pasta , stir, and cook another 30 minutes on high until the pasta is tender.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into slices. When the pasta is done add the chicken back in.
Step 5
Garnish with more parmesan cheese and parsley.
