Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt in one bowl. [LV] Vienā bļodā samaisa miltus, cukuru, raugu un sāli.

In the second bowl mix - water, oil and the one egg. [LV] Otrā bļodā - ūdeni, eļļu un to vienīgo olu.

Step 3
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mix and start kneading about 7 - 10 min. [LV] Sausās sastāvdaļas sajauc ar slapjajām, samaisa un sāk mīcīt aptuveni 7 - 10 min.

When the dough is kneaded, put it back in the bowl, cover with a clean towel and left to rise in a warm place for an hour. [LV] Kad mīkla samīcīta, to liek atpakaļ bļodā, pārklāj ar tīru dvielīti un atstāj siltā vietā uzrūgt kādu stundu.

When the dough has risen, cover it very slightly with flour, then take a little pieces with floured hands. Make balls of similar size and place them one by one on the baking sheet, keeping a good distance between each one. Cover all the rolled dough balls with a towel and leave to rise for another 20 minutes, then brush them with a beaten egg and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds. [LV] Visas saveltās mīklas bumbiņas pārklāj ar dvielīti un atstāj vēl uz 20 minūtēm uzrūgt, tad tās pārsmērē ar sakultu olu un bagātīgi pārber ar sezama sēkliņām.
