Instructions
Step 1
In a pot mix together honey, soya sauce, ketchup, water, garlic and bring to a simmer. Add chopped ribs to pot and simmer 2 hours. Add water as needed to keep ribs submerged.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl add ketchup, Worcestershire, sugar, vinegar, water and garlic powder and mix.
Step 3
After ribs have boiled, remove from pot and place in baking dish.
Step 4
Pour the bbq sauce from the mixing bowl over the ribs and bake covered 45 minutes then uncovered 15 minutes in the oven at 350°.
