Instructions

Step 1
Blend walnuts on pulse mode of the mixer to a coarse powder. Keep aside

Take a heavy bottom pan and add ghee.

Add the crushed walnuts. Cook on a slow flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Add the milk powder and khoya or solid milk. Mix well.

Add the milk and sugar, mix well and cook on a slow flame for 3-5 minutes, while stirring continuously.

Cook until its reaches a thick and Fudgy consistency.
Step 7
Now, grate a half of the nutmeg or you can add 1 tsp of cardamom powder instead of nutmeg.

Switch off the flame and garnish with nuts and pistachios.
