Cut corn from cob

In med sauce pan, melt butter

Add corn and stir
Step 4
Add flour and stir to create a roux

Add cream and whisk to mix well

Add salt

Cook until thickened about 5 min
Step 8
Turn corn into oven safe serving dish
Step 9
Sprinkle cheese on top and dot with remaining butter
Step 10
Brown under broiler approximately 10 min
