Instructions
Step 1
Heat large skillet. Add olive oil. Sauté carrots and celery for 3 minutes. Set aside
Step 2
Sauté chicken 2 minutes. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds more.
Step 3
Stir in carrots and celery, potatoes, onion, mushrooms, broth, soup, pepper.
Step 4
Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and salt.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped parsley
