Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease small baking dish, lay in chicken, in small bowl mix dressing and oil and pour over chicken. In another bowl mix the seasonings, bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese over chicken, bake for 30 min or till done. In microwave follow directions on bag. In microwavable bowl add rice, butter, and drained vegetables. Heat till butter melted and vegetables warmed. Serve rice mixture with chicken on top.
