Instructions

Step 1
Break up the chocolate then melt over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave . Let it cool for 5 minutes

While the chocolate is cooling whip mascarpone cream and powdered sugar in a bowl until stiff and fluffy . Then fold in 3 heaped tablespoons of the melted chocolate . Put this in the fridge to keep chilled

Step 3
Use the remaining chocolate to coat the sides of a silicon cupcake tray ( you can use cupcake cases if you don’t have a tray ) If the chocolate is very thick thin it out with a teaspoon of neutral oil ! Coat each cupcake form ( makes 6) then freeze ten minutes and repeat the coating . Freeze another ten minutes
Step 4
Divide the chocolate cream into each chocolate pot then freeze for one hour . Take out 10 minutes before serving then decorate with fruit or any way you please ! Enjoy !
