Instructions

Step 1
Cook ground beef in a Dutch oven until brown.
Step 2
Dice up the bell pepper and onion into fine pieces. Add these to the cooked ground beef. Add the tomato paste and taco seasoning. Stir until well combined.
Step 3
Drain your black beans, kidney beans and corn. Rinse well. Add to the pot.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes and green chilies (Do not drain). Add the water as well and bring to a boil
Step 5
Reduce the heat and cover for 20 minutes
Step 6
Top with jalapeno slices, avocado, cheese, fresh cilantro and any other toppings of your choice
