This creamy porridge has a nutty flavor and has plenty of protein to keep you full for hours. It's also packed with fiber and has no added sugars. It is the perfect breakfast for those cool mornings.

Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a medium to large pot and mix.
Step 2
Place the pot over high heat until the mixture boils. Be careful the mixture can boil over quickly.
Step 3
Reduce temperature to low and stir until the mixture is down to a simmer removing from heat as needed to prevent boil overs.
Step 4
Once mixture is down to a simmer cook for additional 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. If refrigerated, add additional milk and break up during heating process (saucepan or microwave).
Step 6
Suggested toppings: milk, butter, berries, banana, nuts, honey, sugar.
