Step 1
Place mushrooms and carrots in bottom of crock pot. Set roast on top. Sprinkle with soup mix and pour beer over top. Season. Cook on low for 9-10 hours. Remove roast and veggies to a serving dish. Add brown gravy pkt. Cook on high until thick. (Can add cornstarch water, if needed. Serve on the side with mashed potatoes.
