Instructions

Step 1
Place a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp olive oil. Add meat to hot pan and break into smaller pieces until no pink remains. Continue recipe while meat is cooking. Remove from burner when done.

Mince garlic cloves.

Stir italian seasoning, 1/2 salt, and red pepper flakes to taste into hot meat skillet until combined.

Step 4
Add tomatos/marinara, garlic, cream, and 1/4 cup water. Add creole seasoning if using. Stir constantly until combined, 2-3 minutes.

Add cooked pasta (either buy pre-cooked or cook ahead of time) and peas to hot pan. Add italian cheese if using. Bring to a simmer. Once simmering, stir occasionally until pasta is coated and heated through, 3-5 min. If too thick, add additional water 1 tbsp at a time. Remove from burner and serve.
