Step 1
Heat oil, add onions and peppers. Add rice and toast till brown. Add garlic. Stir 1 min, add tomato sauce, mix thoroughly. Add spices and mix. Add broth, cover and cook for 10-12 min. Do not peak. Fluff with fork and serve.
