Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice according package instructions.

Vegetables

Slice the bell pepper and carrot.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the bell pepper and carrot. Fry for about 3min.

Add the sprouts and fry for another minute.

Chicken

Slice the chicken breast.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and fry for about 2min.

Add the seasoning and fry for another 2-3min.

Peanut butter sauce

Melt the peanut butter.

Add all the ingredients to the peanut butter and mix until well combined.

Burrito

Spread the front center of the burrito with half the peanut butter sauce.

Top it with the rice, vegetables and chicken.

Drizzle on the rest of the peanut butter.

Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
