Step 1
Place green salad leaves and halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl

Cut the zucchini and the bell pepper into slices, place on baking paper, sprinkle with dried Italian herbs, salt, chili flakes and olive oil, then place in the oven to bake at 180*C for 15 minutes

Place in separate bowls: 1. flour mixed with Old Bay seasoning 2. a beaten egg 3. Panko breadcrumbs. Cut Camembert into 8 pieces and roll alternately in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Bake on baking paper for 10-15 minutes at 180*C
