Step 1
Mix tomato purée and no added sugar ketchup in a small bowl season with Italian herbs salt and pepper and mix

ketchup1 Tbsp
dried italian herbs1 Tbsp
Step 2
Spread this onto the pittas ( I normally use the ready to bake pittas 194 calories each ) layer one pizza with low calorie cheese sliced olives and peppers ( this is the low calorie pitta pizza) then layer the other one with torn Mozzarella tomato and salami ( this is a regular type with full fat mozzarella and a little bit heavier on the calories but still less than a regular pizza .

Step 3
Spray with some oil if you like before baking in the air fryer at 200 c for 8 minutes . You can bake in the oven if you don’t have an air fryer but it will take about 15 minutes
