Instructions
Step 1
1) Mix the chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper together.
Step 2
2) Slice the chicken breasts into strips.
Step 3
3) Heat up oil in a pan.
Step 4
4) Place chicken in the pan along with 1/2 of the seasoning mix and 1 tablespoon of the salsa.
Step 5
5) Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through and stirring until fully cooked.
Step 6
6) Set the chicken aside.
Step 7
7) Add remaining oil along with garlic and sliced onion to pan, then cook for 2-3 minutes.

8) Add in the sliced bell peppers and remaining seasoning & salsa.
Step 9
9) Continue to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often, until the vegetables are soft.
Step 10
10) Add the chicken back in and stir until evenly warm.
Step 11
11) Remove from heat and fill each tortilla with the chicken fajita mixture.
Step 12
12) Mix the cream sauce together.
Step 13
13) Top each chicken fajita taco with cream sauce, cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice!
