Step 1
Cook potatoes and broccoli until tender then mash the potatoes and chop the broccoli Into tiny pieces . Add to the potatoes and mix .
Step 2
Add 1 cup grated cheddar or high melting cheese then add cornstarch season with salt and black pepper and add garlic powder onion powder and paprika . Mix to a dough with your hands
Step 3
Shape into balls and bake fry or air fry until golden . I recommend to fry in oil on medium high heat as they only take a minute to make . Drain on paper towels and serve with hot sauce . Enjoy
