The Best Maple Almond Granola
3 steps
Prep:10minCook:45min
My homemade granola recipe could not be any easier; you mix, bake, and toss one time. The hardest part is not eating all of it in one sitting. We use simple pantry ingredients and the recipe is completely customizable. You can substitute any nut or adjust the sweetness level to your liking. The granola is vegan and gluten-free for the perfect snack to have on hand.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. To a large bowl add the oats, almonds, chia seeds, brown sugar, vanilla extract, olive oil, and maple syrup. Mix well until combined and evenly incorporated.
Step 2
Add the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer. Pop the granola in the oven and cook for 45 minutes, stirring the granola half around the halfway point.

Let the granola cool for at least 20 minutes and enjoy!
