800gVegan mince
2 Tbspsmokey bbq sauce
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
2 tspliquid smoke
2 tspsalt
1 tsppepper

Instructions
Step 1
Combine mince ingredients in the fry pan. Cook for 10 minutes to infuse the smokey bbq flavour into the vegan mince. Set aside.
Step 2
Add oil to the frypan then cook onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
Step 3
Add cumin, ground coriander seeds, and cinnamon. Cook for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the chillis, diced tomato, tomato paste, beef stock cube, sugar, water, and wine. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Combine the mince into the sauce and then simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Add the kidney beans and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with warmed corn chips, or on rice.
