Peanut Butter Yogurt Topping
Instructions
Step 1
In a microwave safe bowl, melt your butter. Add in the oats, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp brown sugar. Mix!
Step 2
In a mug (or another microwave safe bowl), add your diced apples, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, and another 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Mix together.
Step 3
Pour the oat mixture on top of the apples. Microwave for 3.5 minutes.
Step 4
While it’s in the microwave, make the peanut butter yogurt topping by mixing 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 tbsp peanut butter. And 1/2 tsp maple syrup
Step 5
Serve the crumble with the peanut butter yogurt!
