Bubble’s Homemade Dog Food

I have chosen to feed my dog “Bubbles” homemade dog food. I have done research on how to meet the nutritional needs for Bubbles and found it rather contradictory from one perspective to the next. I then decided to use a combination of what I found to be most useful. If you want to use my recipe(s) please submit the recipe to your pup’s vet before switching diets.

Instructions
Step 1
Place the first seven ingredients (fruits and vegetables) into a large pot of water. Bring to a simmer and cook until the cranberries become tender. While waiting for the fruit and vegetables to cook pan fry the beef liver slices in olive oil turning a few times until no blood seeps out. When done remove from pan and let sit while pan frying chicken hearts and gizzards and ground turkey in same pan with enough olive oil to keep from sticking. When cooked place liver, hearts, gizzards, and turkey into food processor and blend until meat is finely minced. Save the drippings in a small bowl. Next drain fruit and vegetable mixture then put into food processor and blend. Mix both mixtures until combined. Pour drippings over the mixture. Place three daily meals in freezer bags and freeze taking out one bag and defrost the night before.
