For the meatballs:
¼ cupground turkey
or other ground meat
¼ cupbreadcrumbs
1 tablespoononion
grated
¼ teaspoondried oregano

Instructions
Step 1
Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, grated onion, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix well and form into small meatballs.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together marinara sauce, water, and olive oil.
Step 4
Add the prepared meatballs to the Instant Pot.
Step 5
Pour the marinara sauce mixture over the meatballs.
Step 6
Top with the broken spaghetti noodles.
Step 7
Close the lid and set the valve to "sealing."
Step 8
Cook on Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then release any remaining pressure manually.
Step 10
Carefully stir the spaghetti and meatballs together.
Step 11
Serve immediately topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil (optional).
