Cook your pasta

Melt 1/4 cup butter in a pan, whisk in 1/4 cup flour then cook 2 mins on medium heat

Whisk in ingredients then cook on medium heat until it starts to thicken

Step 4
Remove from heat and add cheese

Mix in your pasta and add to a greased 13x9, add cheese on top and paprika
