Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil/parchment paper. Place cooling rack in pan. Place club crackers on top of the rack. Cut bacon to fit each cracker and place on top. Add a little brown sugar on top. Slice your jalapeño and place on top and sprinkle with a little more brown sugar. Bake 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly and remove from the cooling rack. (The brown sugar melts and will make the cracker stick if you do not remove from the rack while still warm. These
